Saudi Arabia's commission for tourism and National Heritage has earmarked SAR397mn (USD106mn) in 2017 for its new lending programme to support tourism and hospitality projects. The announcement is considered part of the NTP (National Transformation Program). The tourism programme funding under the NTP will total SAR3bn, to be unlocked over five years.
