ODH announces opening of phase one of its Salalah hotel project
Orascom Development Holding (ODH) has announced the opening of phase one of its joint project with Omran, the tourism development arm of the Omani Government. The project is a 700-room hotel development in Salalah Beach. The project is owned by Muriya, a JV between Orascom Development Holding (ODH) and Omran, a 70:30%-owned company. This makes the company the largest contributor to the development of high-end hotels in Oman over the last five years. (Company disclosure)
