NUCA signs 34 contracts worth EGP6.15 billion in 2015 with land developers
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has signed 34 contracts with real estate developers in 2015, for land plots totaling 545 feddans, with a combined land value of EGP6.15 billion. Out of the 34 projects, 27 are for non-residential projects, while the remaining seven are for integrated projects. Cities covered included New Cairo, Badr, New Suhag, New Minya, New Teeba, New Qena, New Akhmeem, New Assiut, and New Aswan. (Al Borsa)
