The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) announced its plan to issue a EGP10bn securitised bond before the end of the year. NUCA has formed a consortium with CIB, Al Ahli Bank, EFG Hermes and Arab African International Bank (AAIB) to manage the securitisation issuance. NUCA will use capital raised from the issuance to proceed with its fourth generation urban development plan.
