The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) is going into final negotiations to receive a USD1 billion loan from China, Deputy CBE Governor Tarek Fayed told Al-Ahram. Fayed said both sides signed all related agreements and only the transfers documents are yet to be finalised. (Al Ahram)
