MNHD to invest in EGP700 million to develop Sarai, phase I
Madinet Nasr Housing Development (MNHD) has allocated EGP700 million to be invested in the development of phase I of its project, Sarai. Construction is set to start in mid-2016, over an area of 200,000 sqm. Sales expected from the sale of phase I of the project is EGP1.6 billion, to be sold over two to three years. Between 450 and 500 units in Tag Sultan are set to be delivered in 2016. (Al Borsa)
