Marka plans first international Cheeky Monkeys franchise expansion, to launch in Saudi
Marka (MARKA.DU) plans to take its kids ‘edutainment’ brand abroad by launching nine new Cheeky Monkeys Playland & Sweet Surprises locations in Saudi Arabia via an agreement with an unnamed franchise partner in the kingdom. The agreement, once finalised, will represent the first international franchise expansion for Cheeky Monkeys, according to chief officer Nick Peel with expected openings in Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh, over the next five years.
