Main Works for Dubai Properties’ 1/JBR to be tendered soon
Dubai Properties plans to tender the main works for its recently-announced luxury property, ‘1/JBR,’ soon, according to Marwan Al-Kindi, Executive Director for Sales and Sales Operations. The project will include 152 units, over 46 floors. Delivery is scheduled for early 2019. (Al Bawaba)
