Nakheel to showcase USD4.6 billion projects in Hong Kong show
Nakheel has announced plans to showcase USD4.6 billion worth of construction projects at this week’s Dubai Property Show in Hong Kong and is therefore expected to be the largest developer at the show. Investors from Hong Kong and other parts of the Far East and South-east Asia have invested USD245 million in its property, in the form of villas, apartments and land plots. Chinese investors represent 80% of this sum, or 390 properties, worth cUSD212 million. The biggest group of overseas investors with Nakheel is Indians, who have bought 4,400 properties worth cUSD2.5 billion. (Arabian Business)
