Government entities to implement Saudisation in contracting, realty sectors
KSA of Labour has inked a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with the Ministry of Housing, Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Council of Saudi Chambers and Saudi Contractors Authority to implement the Saudisation of 80,000 jobs in contracting and real estate sectors. The two-year MoC, which begins in 2019, seeks to boost Saudisation rates in both sectors, and enact bylaws, the ministry of labor said in a statement. Saudisation rates will be boosted in the contracting segment at 25% via housing projects, the statement added.
