Foreign airline companies have USD350 million to repatriate from Egypt

The total profit repatriation backlog by for foreign airline companies reached USD350 million, Al Borsa reported citing unnamed sources at the Ministry of Tourism. The government is negotiating with the companies to repatriate these profits in installments amidst the foreign exchange shortages engulfing the country. The government also offered companies to deduct the fees they are owed to airport authorities from the backlog. (Al Borsa)
