The first two phases of the Duqm Airport have been completed, Dr Mohammed al Za'abi, CEO of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA), said. Work is under way on the third phase, which includes the passenger terminal, the aviation and meteorology complexes, as well as air traffic control (ATC) tower, he said. The airport, which became operational in 2014, is expected to be fully ready by early 2018. (Muscat Daily)
