Damac Properties (Damac) has announced the launch of a limited release of hotel rooms at its Aykon City project, priced at cAED1 million per unit. Damac had announced last month the launch of Aykon City, a six-tower luxury project, comprising 80-storey Aykon Hotel and Residences, 63-storey Damac Maison Serviced Hotel Residences, a 60-storey apartment tower, 65-storey office tower and two c30-floor ultra-luxury residential towers. Aykon City is a 4 million sqft development located on both sides of Sheikh Zayed Road, at the Safa Park intersection, close to Dubai Canal. The sales value of the project is AED7.4 billion and construction is due to commence before this summer with a completion date of 2021. (Company disclosure, Arabian Business)
