Al Hokair to invest EGP15bn in Egypt over the coming three years
Saudi-based investment group Fawaz Al Hokair is planning to invest EGP15bn in Egypt’s real estate sector over the coming three years through its local subsidiary, Egyptian Centres for Real Estate Development (ECRED). Head of Business Development, Ashraf Farid, said that EGP11bn worth of developments have been set, which include three commercial malls at the New Capital City, New Cairo and Tanta, as well as completing the second phase of Mall of Arabia in Sixth of October City.
