Ministry of Electricity to finalise establishment of companies managing Siemens projects before July 2017
The Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy has decided on the new structure of the four companies that will be established for managing Siemens energy projects and fast-track programme, according to the Minister speaking to Al Mal. The four companies are expected to be established before July 2017, where they are currently undergoing due diligence and financial valuation. The government has earlier announced plans to list those companies on the Egyptian Stock Exchange through an IPO.
