United Bank of Egypt planning to exit three companies in 2019
The United Bank of Egypt (UBE) is planning to exit three companies by early 2019 to restructure its direct investments portfolio, according to unnamed sources. The bank is planning to sell its shares in Al Amal for Paints, El-Nasr Castings Co. and El Nile Development Co., and it is expecting the value of its investment portfolio to be around EGP350mn following the divestments.
