UEM India Private Limited (UEM), a water services company of Toshiba Group in India, has announced it has won a Design, Build and Operate (DBO) contract governing the establishment of a major wastewater treatment and recycling plant at Sohar. The contract value of OMR12.3 million includes the construction of a 10,000-cubic metres/day capacity effluent treatment plant. (Zawya)
