Thailand says DP World interested in Landbridge, Dawei Port
DP World will work on details of both projects and come back to talk to Thailand again, Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak tells reporters after Monday meeting with DP World CEO Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem. Thailand’s southern landbridge project includes 2 port facilities on Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand and land-based transport between two ports; Dawei Deep Sea Port will be in Myanmar and is part of special economic zone.
