Saudi Arabia plans government real estate investment company
Four ministries are reported to be working on the compilation of inventory of all state land and property with a goal to form a government real estate investment company under the Public Investment Fund, according to a Bloomberg article, quoting local newspaper, Al Eqtisadiah, which cited unidentified sources.
