Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) [4008.SE] announced its three-year expansion plan, with plans to open new stores in Saudi cities, with no SACO presence. The company plans to increase the number of stores in the main cities from 25 to 35 by the end of 2018. SACO also plans to launch an e-commerce platform in 2016. The expansion plan will be financed both internally and through Islamic bank facilities. On another note, SACO collected the final installment on its SAR23.8 million insurance claims from Allianz for the damages caused by the fire that broke through in the Riyadh branch in 2013.
