Rooya Group (Rooya) is planning to start the construction works of phases three, four and five of its East Cairo project, Stone Park, before end of January, to be completed over four to five years. The project is spread over 1.8 million sqm, with phases one and two 90% complete. Rooya is also planning to start the construction works at phase three of its project in Al-Ain Al-Sokhna, Telal El Sokhna, which is spread over 257,000 sqm, after the complete sale of phase one and 17% of phase two. This is in addition to the commencement of the construction works of phase two of Telal Al-Sahel, which is spread over 718,000 sqm in January, to be completed over three and half years. (Al Borsa)
