Poultry producers seeking government protection from dumping
Saudi Arabia’s Poultry Producers Association is seeking government intervention for dumping by mostly Brazilian imports, as well as the removal of export duties, according to Al Jazeera newspaper. Recently, local poultry companies had reported a surge in the volume of cheaper imported frozen chicken in the market that was impacting their sales volumes. (Al Jazeera, Argaam)
