Oman’s total production of crude oil and condensates in 2015 rose 3.98 per cent to 358.1mn barrels, to average 981,090 barrels daily, from 344.4mn barrels, or 943,500 barrels per day, in the previous year. According to statistics released by the Ministry of Oil and Gas, total crude oil exports in 2015 stood at 308.14mn, averaging 844,207 barrels daily. China topped the list of importers of Omani oil with a 77.1 per cent share. According to latest ministry data, the price of Omani crude averaged USD56.45 last year. (Muscat Daily)
