OHD appoints Bichara as the company’s ad-interim CEO
Orascom Hotels and Development (OHD) announced that the company’s Board of Directors (BoD) had approved Orascom Development Holding’s (ODH) recommendation to appoint Khaled Bichara, as the company’s ad-interim CEO, representing ODH, effective 1 February. Bichara is ODH’s newly-appointed CEO. Manal Hussein will resume her role as the Chairperson of the BoD. (Company disclosure)
