New Medical City to be built in Riyadh

An agreement has been signed between Saudi Arabia and Jordan to build a medical city for rehabilitation and treatment in Riyadh, with a capacity of more than 1,100 beds. The project will cost cSAR1.3bn, to be built on a 1.2mn sqm area. The complex will include a hotel with 120 beds and 12 suites, 375 tourist and hotel villas, 448 furnished apartments spread over 56 buildings, a  commercial mall, and recreational centres.
