Moody’s has upgraded its outlook on Dar Al Arkan from Negative to Stable, while affirming its Corporate Family Rating (CFR) at B1 and its Probability of Default (PDR) at B1-PD. The upgrade is based on Moody’s view of Dar Al Arkan’s operating environment stabilising and that Saudi Arabia’s government initiatives to support the non-oil sector in 2017 will be positive on the sector.
