Jabal Omar Development has announced that the company has appointed Yasser Al-Shareef, as the company’s CEO, effective 1 March. Al-Shareef’s previous roles included other executive positions in other financial and investment companies. The company also announced that its board has accepted the resignation of Mohamed Bin Soliman Al-Mohaisey, a board member, who resigned for personal reasons. (Tadawul)
