Housing Ministry to introduce a number of financing schemes to encourage activity
The Ministry of Housing is set to allow for multi-party loans to finance the construction of buildings, with loans provided to the owners of the land plot. Other financing schemes are set to be announced, including those covering finished units, under construction units, units on land owned by the Housing Ministry.
