Holding Company for Tourism looks for partner for its EGP4 billion project in Sharm El Sheikh
The Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels is set to offer its planned 843,000 sqm project in Sharm El-Sheikh for potential co-development with investors, according to Mervat Hatabah, company chairperson. The project will include an 884-room hotel, 1,228 hotel apartments, a residential complex with 1,873 units and 16,000 sqm in retail GLA. The total investment cost of the project is estimated at EGP4 billion. (Al Borsa)
