Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Superstores) [4006.SE] Board of Directors (BoD) has proposed a 2:7 bonus share issue (two shares for every seven held) at its meeting held on 17 February 2017. The company’s total number of shares will increase to 45 million from 35 million, following the bonus issue (SAR100 million to be capitalised through retained earnings). The decision remains subject to authorities’ and shareholders’ approval at the EGM. (Tadawul)
