Emaar Malls Group (EMG) reported its headline figures for 1Q2016. Revenue came in at AED833 million (+14% Y-o-Y, +1% Q-o-Q, +1.6% versus EFGe). Net income was AED529 million (+22% Q-o-Q, +22% Y-o-Y, +17.1% versus EFGe). Aggregate footfall for EMG portfolio reached 31 million visitors, unchanged Y-o-Y, while footfall in TDM was roughly unchanged Y-o-Y at 20 million in 2015. (Company disclosure)
