Damac board proposes final dividend of AED0.15/share
Damac Properties has announced that its board has proposed the payout of AED0.15/share in final cash dividend distribution, bringing the total for the year to AED0.25/share, in line with management’s guidance to the market. The combined dividend payment for 2015 (AED0.25/share) implies a dividend yield of 9.3%, on yesterday’s closing price. This is in addition to the distribution of a 10% bonus share, completed in September. (Company disclosure)
