Construction of housing units under Ministry of Commerce and Industry off-plan sales programme increases 50% in 2015
The total value of projects under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) off-plan sales programme has exceeded SAR34 billion since its approval, including projects worth SAR13 billion licenced during 2015, up c50% compared to previous years. This comes as an attempt to tackle the housing supply shortage problem in the Kingdom. (Zawya)
