Bahri’s subsidiary signs MoU for five second-hand chemical tankers
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri)’s [4030.se] 80%-owned subsidiary, National Chemical Carriers, signed an MoU for buying five second-hand chemical tankers (built in 2014) for USD166.5 million. The five ships will be delivered throughout February to June 2016; hence, will have an impact on the company’s financial statements as of 2Q2016 and 3Q2016. (Company disclosure)
