Ayad Sons to collaborate with armed forces in a USD600 million investment in two cement factories

Ayad Sons is seeking a joint venture with the Egyptian Armed Forces to establish two cement factories worth a combined USD600 million of investments. George Ayad, Chairman of Ayad Sons Group, stated that the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces will provide the cement licenses for the project, with the project to be carried out on a BOT basis. The two cement factories are expected to have a combined capacity of 10,000 tonnes of cement per day. (Al Borsa)
