Al Tayyar finalises acquisition of 30% stake in Mecca real-estate company Thakher
Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding (1810.SE) announced that it had completed the necessary procedures to acquire a 30% stake in Thakher Investment and Real Estate Development Company through a signed partner agreement. Al Tayyar’s raised issued new shares (9.65 million) for the two selling shareholders in Thakher (MASIC and Almishal Company), raising its share capital to cSAR2,097 million. (Company disclosure)
