Al Khaleej extends MoU with Al Rajhi REIT for sale and lease-back of three educational buildings
Al Khaleej Training [4290.SE] announced that it has extended the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Al Rajhi REIT Fund for 30 days, effective 1 October. Al Khaleej initially signed the MoU last March for the potential sale and lease-back of three of its educational buildings and was valid for 180 days from the signing date.
